It is a new cake which my mom cooked today. For the first look you will think that it is burned but not. In the top of cake is a chocolate.The name of cake is African wonder. Look and enjoy.

Hello I am Kristina, from school #2 town Sarband. I would like to show you how  baked bun. My granma likes to bake bun and i took picture of it and will share with you. I will make photostory too soon.


Mantu

Hello everyone,
 I am Firuza from  school  2 from Sarband, Tajikistan. I  and my family  like Mantu ( Dumplings) dish. We prepare it on birthdays, New Year holiday and when special guests come or when we all get together  on Sundays and eat it. The meat is beef and it is minced and it  cooked in steam.

vinaigrette Ingredients:
Potatoes - 3-4 pieces, carrots - 2-3pcs, cucumbers (sauerkraut) - 2 pieces, beets (small) - 1, onion - 1, peas (green) - 0.5 banks, cabbage (sauerkraut) - 2 handfuls, salt, podsols. oil, vinegar - to taste, parsley (decoration).

The  receipe:
1. 250 grams of flour
2. 6 eggs
3. 1 bar of chocolate.
4. 200 grams of sugar
5. 80 grams of dried grapes.

This is a national cooky. Its name is " hvorost". My grandmother did it today. We are all were waiting for it. It was very splendad and has such aroma, that kills you inside. Here is the recepi
1) 200 gramms of butter.
2) 3 eggs
3) 450 grams of flavour.
4) 200 grams of sugar.
Mix it well and make forms after that fri it.

My sister's recipe of pie

This is pie which I have done in my sisters birthday. The recepi is/ 1) 200 grams of flavour, 2) 100 grams of sugar, 3) 3 apples, 4) some cherries for decoration. 5) 1 butter.

It is the small moons. It calls Polumesyac, the recepi is
1)250 grams of butter
2) 300 grams of flavour.
3) 1 cup of sugar
4) 1 pocket of scarifier
5) 2 eggs
You should to mix this and make some form of moon then put it in the stove for 25-35 minuets. After 10 minuets you have to look because it shouldnt burn up. So try because its very tasty and pleasant to eat with hot green tea.

This is Easter kulichi which my mom had done during Easter holiday. So it was very tasty. All our guests like it very much and asked my mom the recepi. So my mom was very happy that people liked hers kulichi.    This is the recepi.   1 liter of milk, 1 sourcream, 1 cup of sugar, 5 eggs, 1 spoon of leaven, satl by taste, You have to put it in the stove for 30 minutes. Bon appetate.
